Onboarding for new Members
Onboarding is what we call the process of getting up to speed with your new software.
Before I outline what I think is a go way to get going with Wolf Rural Small Livestock Farm Management (WRFM), let me just mention that you can do it any way you want of course, this is just an approach that covers all the basics. May I suggest that you either open this page in a separate tab or print it out, which will allow to keep on referring back to this page until you have worked your way through the process. If you get stuck on anything then please request support here.
Great lets get started:
| Step | Benefit | Where to find | Completed |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Read the Navigation and Usage Help | A quick intro on how to use WRFM | Dashboard > Help | Yes / No |
| 2. Record your farm details | Have all your important information handy, eg PIC | Dashboard > Profiles > Farm Details | Yes / No |
| 3. Create a card for each animal, include your dogs | All info about each animal will be at your finger tips | Dashboard > Farm Ops > Tab Add Animal | Yes / No |
| 4. Create a card for every paddock | One of the main benefits is that you’ll see at a glance the stocking status and rest days of each paddock | Dashboard > Farm Ops > Paddocks | Yes / No |
