5 minute warmup (first part of mobility session)
- Tall (reach up on tip toes) to short both legs 5x, single leg 5x each
- as above but with vertical jumps
- Pogo jumps 30 secs plus 30secs side ways, back and forth, split
- step ups 2x 6
- long jumps and stick 4x and to improve distance with every jump
